- Be sure to be prepared with uniform, shoes, warm clothes, and a water bottle
and snacks, money, blanket, pillow, discman, books, etc.
- You should plan on arriving 90 minutes before your first event
- Be sure to warmup fully for your event. Use the schedule below to help get
yourself warmed up. You should leave your warmups on until the last moment
and be sweating when you get to the line.
- Be sure to check in with the clerk for each race that you are entered in.
You must report to the bullpen 10 min. before your event.
