Freeman Polar Bear Meet
Wednesday 12/14
Bus will Depart Deep Run at 4:05. Seniors may drive to the meet, everybody else needs to ride the bus. Bus will return to Deep Run between 7:30 and 8:00 pm.
Athletes need to check out with Coach Stockdreher before leaving the meet.
Be sure to pack warm clothes and be prepared to be outside from 4:00 to 7:30 pm.
Field Events Start at 4:45 and Running Events start at 5:00 and will be on a rolling schedule (one event after another without delay)

Athletes should begin warming up 2 events ahead of their event or about 50 min. before.
Athletes need to check in with the clerk before their race for their lane assignments.
Results will be posted on www.milestat.com the day following the meet.
This is the first opportunity to put on the blue jerseys and represent Deep Run on the track. Every time we compete it has to be at the highest level no matter the size of the meet. Set goals for yourself and then focus all of your energy on accomplishing them. Be great teammates and cheer each other on.
