Cross Country Season is underway. The Wildcats are logging the miles and putting in the base work for another successful year of distance running.
Cross Country Practice is at 7:00 to 9:30 am at Deep Run High School from now until school starts. After Labor Day the team will practice from 4:10 to 6:15 pm. It is not too late to join the team. Interested athletes should get a VHSL physical completed, have a good pair of running shoes, a stopwatch and come out to practice.
