Deep Run Indoor Track and Field 2006-07 is almost here.

Deep Run Indoor Track and Field 2006-07

• Conditioning for all athletes not in Fall sports will be Mon., Wed., Fri. at the Track. 4:05 to 5:15.
• First day of Practice is Monday, November 13, 2005. Meet at the Track at 4:05. Be On Time.
• You must have a completed VHSL physical form on file to practice
• Practice will be everyday from 4:05 - 6:15 pm.
• Attendance at all practices and Meets is Mandatory.
• Track and Field is a Varsity Sport at Deep Run.

12/12	FUMA Mini Meet 5:00 pm
1/13	St. Christopher’s 6-Way
1/20	Asics Liberty University Invitational
1/26-27	VA Tech Invitational or St. Christopher’s Invitational
2/3	High School Clash at St. Christopher’s or Green Dragon Last Chance Meet @ Arthur Ashe
2/16 and 17	Colonial District Championships
2/23-24	Central Region Championships
3/2-3	VHSL AAA State Championships at George Mason

Directions to Venues, Time Schedules, and other meet info will be included for each meet in the form of a travel Itinerary.

Before The Season You Should:

1. Get a good pair of running shoes, warm, athletic clothes for practice in cold weather, a hat and gloves and a sportswatch with a stopwatch.
2. Run at least 4 days a week for at least 20 min., do 200 ab exercies and 75 pushups.
3. After working out stretch
