Cross country is much different than many of the other sports offered at Deep Run. This article will explain many of the details of cross country to help you, as a parent, understand the sport to better support and encourage your athlete.
Dear Cross Country Parents,
Another Cross Country season has begun! We look forward to seeing many of you again and welcome all the parents of new athletes to the Wildcat cross country family. As always, the fall is a busy and exciting time. As the weather cools and the leaves begin to turn cross country action heats up.
All XC athletes and parents need to adhere to the student athlete contract.
The 2007 Deep Run Cross Country season features nine meets and two mandatory Saturday practices.
