2006 Outdoor Track and Field :: Student/Athlete Contract
Rules
- All athletes are expected to be on time for practices at 4:10 pm each day on the track. Communicate with the coaching staff about outstanding circumstances.
- All athletes are expected to be at practice everyday. 4 unexcused absences will result in dismissal from the team. Communicate with the coaching staff about outstanding circumstances.
- You are to conduct yourself as a mature athlete at practice and while traveling to and from meets. You are a reflection of your school. Think before you act.
- You are responsible for your uniform and any equipment you use. Be responsible. You will pay for missing or damaged equipment. Failure to return your uniform By June 7th, 2006 will result in a $40.00 replacement fee.
- At competitions student/athletes should not leave the competition area (the stadium area) without permission from Coach Stockdreher.
- At competitions, you must consult with Coach Stockdreher before scratching yourself from an event.
Lettering Policy
To earn a varsity letter for Outoor Track and Field you must:
- Compete in at least 6 meets
- Accumulate 15 points by:

- any points you score for the team in competition (1st=8, 2nd=6, 3rd=4, 4th = 3, 5th=2, 6th=1)
- 1 point for each Personal Record (PR) based performances from this season
- 1 point for competing in a meet
- Have no more than 2 unexcused absences
