Schedule

• 1:30 Girls developmental 3000 meters (no entries)
• 2:00 Boys developmental 3000 meters (no entries)
• 2:30 Girls JV Race (everybody not running varsity)
• 3:15 Boys Varsity (Spicer, Buhrman, Lynch, Hornsby, Richards, Carson, Turner)
• 3:45 Girls Varsity (Bragg, Putney, Harrell, Kuzemchak, Bennett, Theriault, Jones)
• 4:30 Boys JV Race (everybody not running varsity)

The Bus will depart from Deep Run HS at 11:00 am. All athletes must ride the bus to the meet unless they are taking SAT's. Athletes may ride home with parents if they check out with a coach.

• Be prepared with a rain jacket and trashbag to put your bag in.
• Wear spikes if you have them.
• The course is a full 5K with rolling hills and one big climb at 2 miles.
• Make sure you have Warmups, Uniform, Spikes, Water Bottle, Snacks.

Athletes

This is the last Invitational of the season and the final big meet before district, regions, and states. Mentally, you have to approach this race as an opportunity to accomplish something amazing. You have worked so hard to this point. Use your determination and toughness to push your body into the higher gears.

Directions

From DRHS, take I-295 to I-64 West.

Take I-64 to exit 124 (Rt. 250) north towards Charlottesville.

Proceed 4.2 miles on Rt. 250.

Turn right on Hydraulic Rd. and proceed for 2.1 miles.

Turn left on Earlysville Rd. and proceed for 2.5 miles.

Turn left onto Panorama Rd. and proceed for .75 mile.

Panorama Rd. will then turn into the driveway for Panorama Farms. Continue along the driveway and follow signs for parking.
