All races are 5 X 2500 Meters

• 5:00 pm Mens’ B and C Relay Race
• 5:50 pm Womens’ B and C Relay Race
• 7:30 pm Middle School Race
• 7:55 pm Mens’ Championship Race
• 8:45 pm Womens’ Championship
• 9:45 -10:00 Awards Ceremony

Bus will leave Deep Run at 2: 30 pm. Bus will return to Deep Run at (approx.) 12:30 am.

• Remember your uniform, training shoes and racing shoes, warm/dry clothes, a water bottle, snacks, money for a t-shirt or food.
• Warmups for each race should begin 50 minutes before the start time.

Awards will be given to the top 3 teams in each division.

Take I 295 to I 95 North (Exit 43)

Take I 95 North towards Washington

Exit 152 B onto Dumfries Rd/VA 234 North

Turn Left on Aden Road, Follow about Ten Miles. Look for Brentsville High School
