5-3 @ Hermitage with Godwin: Field events start at 4:45 Running Events at 5:00-15

There will be 2 buses. Everyone competing in a Field event, the 4 X 800, 100/110Hurdles, and 100M will ride the first bus that will leave ASAP after school.

All other athletes will ride the second bus. Only one bus will return back to Deep Run at about 8:30. All athletes should ride the buses. Athletes may leave with their parents, but must check out with Coach Stockdreher.

Order of Events

• 4 X 800 Relay
• 100M Hurdles
• 110M Hurdles
• 100 M
• 1600 M
• 4 X 100 M Relay
• 400 M
• 300 M Hurdles
• 800 M
• 200 M
• 3200 M
• 4 X 400 Relay

Be sure to check in at the field event areas for all field events, running events will just report to the start of the event.

Be sure to warm up fully for each event. You should be sweating when you go to the line.

Directions to Hermitage

• Take 64 East to Parham Road North.
• Take a left on Hungary Springs Road just after you pass the county courts complex Hermitage is on your right.
• Go past the school and take a right. This small road will lead to the stadium.
